Common questions.

Do you have experience with clients?

I'm launching my coaching practice and taking on founding clients. My 10+ years of personal training, two injury rehabilitations, and cell biology background mean every programme I write is grounded in real experience - just not commercially listed yet.

What does the free consultation involve?

30 minutes on video or in person. We talk about your goals, I assess what's realistic, and I explain exactly what working together would look like. No sales pitch at the end - just a plan.

I'm based outside Prague - can we work together?

Yes. Online coaching includes full programming, video check-ins, and WhatsApp support. I work with clients across time zones.

What if I have an injury or have never trained before?

That's exactly who I work best with. I started from injury myself. We begin with movement quality, not weight on the bar.

How does the founding price work?

Founding-cohort clients lock in the current rate for the full duration of their programme. Once spots are filled, the rate goes up. I'm being transparent about this because I want the right first clients, not the most clients.

Do you offer nutrition coaching separately?

Yes - see the Nutrition tab in Services. This is separate from personal training and can be combined or standalone.

Where do we train?

This will be discussed during your consultation. I have several options ranging from public gyms in the Prague city centre to private studio spaces - depending on your preferences and goals.

About Me

Built on hard work.

I've been training for over 10 years, shaped by both performance-focused lifting and a long-term interest in how the body adapts, recovers, and improves over time.

After a knee injury and two surgeries, my approach shifted. Training became less about intensity for its own sake and more about longevity, precision, and intelligent progression.

That perspective is reinforced by my background in cell biology, which influences how I think about training at a systems level - adaptation, recovery, and consistency always matter more than extremes.

I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (2026), and I apply that foundation to structured, evidence-based coaching tailored to the individual.

Every program I design is built around your body, your schedule, and your goals - with a focus on sustainable progress and clean execution over time.
