We collect only the minimum data necessary:

• Contact form - your name and email address, submitted voluntarily when you reach out with a question or enquiry.
• Booking information - name, email, and session preferences submitted through Cal.com when booking a consultation or session.
• IP address / approximate location - used transiently to detect your region and display relevant currency pricing. This is not stored by us.

• To respond to your enquiry or booking request
• To display pricing in your local currency
• To manage your training appointments

We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Cal.com - appointment scheduling. Data submitted via the booking widget is processed by Cal.com. See cal.com/privacy.
• ipapi.co - detects your approximate country from your IP address to show relevant regional pricing. No personal data is stored. See ipapi.co/privacy.
• Google Fonts - fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Your IP address may be visible to Google when fonts load. See Google Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use functional cookies only:

• cookies-accepted - stores your acknowledgement of this cookie notice (localStorage, no expiry set by us).
• Cal.com may set its own functional cookies to support the booking flow.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any form of tracking or profiling.

6. Data Retention

• Contact form enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request, then deleted.
• Booking data is retained per Cal.com's data retention policy.
• IP-based location data is not stored by us - it is used in-memory per page load only.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification - request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure - request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability - receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection - object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Restriction - request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (UOOU).

8. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance - processing your booking or enquiry to provide the requested service.
• Legitimate interests - displaying regional pricing to make the site relevant to your location.
• Consent - for any optional communication you opt into.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your data. This site is served over HTTPS. We do not store payment information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
